"Runnin' Wild":  Barbara Browne Concert, Gatsby Style...

Join virtuoso pianist Barbara Browne "Runnin' Wild" on the keyboard with her finger-flying music of the 1920's Gatsby era.

From cafés to concert halls, Barbara performs an eclectic and vibrant repertoire as a solo and collaborative pianist.  She serves as adjunct piano faculty at Cabrini University in Radnor PA,  coaches and accompanies voice students at Westminster Choir College and Rider University in NJ, and performs with singers and instrumentalists in a variety of musical genres.  Barbara has performed, taught piano and accompanied at numerous universities and The Savoy Company of Philadelphia.   A Conservatory Dean's Talent Award winner at Oberlin Conservatory, she earned a degree in English and studied piano with Robert McDonald, Eleanor Sokoloff and Susan Starr. She lives in Philadelphia.

After the concert, enjoy a Gatsby-style party - champagne, strawberries, chocolates - at the beautiful Henze home and garden.

To add ambience, consider wearing a fashion of the era (not required!) - long beads, feathers, headbands for women; bowties, straw/jockey hats for men (we'll have some props on hand).

You will be emailed the Henze's address when you register.
