Join your neighbors for the annual toe-tapping Evening of East Falls Performers at the Falls of Schuylkill Library on Wednesday, October 23, at 7 pm. Sponsored by the Friends of the Falls of Schuylkill Library, this popular free concert features local vocalists and instrumentalists performing both popular and classical music.
Among this year’s diverse musicians are: Richard Maurer (cello), Lawrence Geller and Bernadette Cronin-Geller (vocalists), Ellen Hughes (fiddle), Kathy Regele and Chris Coxe (folk vocalists), Barbara McDowell Dowdall (bassoon), the Cheek Quartet - Patty Cheek, Ted Cheek, Theodore M. Cheek, Carol Luna (a capella harmony), Matt Murphy (baritone), John Kormanski (clarinet), and Daniel Cullin with Elliot Lehtonen (guitars).
Caroline Davidson and Wendy Moody will serve as piano accompanists and emcees.
