TUESDAY MAT YOGA
April 2 – June 25 at 1 pm
Hybrid Class
(via Zoom every week AND in-person some weeks at the Memorial Church of the Good Shepherd, 3820 The Oak Road)
The classes are gentle yoga, and the instructor, Lillian Rozin, has experience teaching yoga to all ages – and folks with joint replacements, arthritis, etc. They can adapt poses and as she says, don’t do it!” Each class begins and ends with breathing and relaxation.
The Tuesday class will be offered in two formats. Participants will receive a Zoom link each week – from Lillian Rozin (healyourbodymind@hotmail.com).
Every other week in April and May, the class will also be held in-person at the Memorial Church of the Good Shepherd, 3816 The Oak Road for those who choose to go there. Lillian will be at the church and will Zoom the class from there. As of June, she will be at the church once a month, with date to be determined.
Lillian plans to be at the church on these dates – April 2, 16, 30; May 14 and 28. She will notify the class later about the June date at the church.
Register and pay for the series of 13 classes. The fee for Village members is $52; the fee for non-members is $71.50. Register and pay for the Tuesday session on the April 2 entry on the Calendar.
